About This Product
We are very excited about this wine's aging potential and so is Jay Miller of Robert Parker's The Wine Advocate. We received a 93 rating and he says, "Rich, round, and loaded, this powerful effort is likely to see its 20th birthday in fine form. Drink: 2010-2028".

Vineyard Notes:
Our Pinot Noir is produced entirely from our estate vineyard in the Eola-Amity Hills AVA, in the heart of the Willamette Valley. The vineyard is densely planted with five clones to provide a balance of complex flavors.
Production Notes:
We have been honing our whole cluster fermentation skills for the last few years and the 2008 Whole Cluster Pinot Noir is a perfect way for us to share this extraordinary style of wine with you. These grapes do not get de-stemmed, the fruit is left on the stems, and the whole clusters are layered into 1 ton fermenters with dry ice. We then step on the fruit with bare feet (truly) twice a day for 7 days. The temperature was raised to 60 degrees and allowed to ferment with wild yeast.
