About This Product
A rich and complex blend of Melon de Bourgogne, Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay come together to make a beautiful wine designed to pair with Northwest seafood and shell fish.
Tasting Notes:
Melon de Bourgogne from the Willamette Valley was blended with Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay from Washington’s Columbia Valley. The aromas are rich with tropical fruits, pineapple and a hint of lychee, leading into a rich and complex mid-palate of citrus and mineral edginess. The finish has a lovely lemon butter character.Enjoy!
