Tasting Notes:
Intense bouquet of narcissus, roses, grapefruit and lemon. Fruit flavors on the palate include grapefruit, pear, pineapple, mango and kiwi. Structurally the wine is dryer this year than it was in 2006 which enriches the mouthfeel and helps to express the fruit of the wine. This wine is fresh, full and ample in the middle palate.

Vineyard Notes:
Our Early Muscat comes from Kraemer vineyard in Mount Angel. Muscat is the only grape we do not grow ourselves. With only a few growers producing Early Muscat, we were pleased to get our hands on this great fruit.
Production Notes:
Our Early Muscat is destemmed and soaked over night for flavors extraction then pressed the next day. The wine is monitored very closely during fermentation so we can stop it at 3% residual sugar by SO2 addition and cold stabilization.

Enjoy with seafood, goat cheeses, fruit dessert, Asian and spicy food.
