These cakes are created from the finest ingredients including local farm fresh eggs, a generous amount of fruits and nuts, all mixed slowly and carefully in small batches to avoid bruising. The cakes are aged to perfection for a minimum of three months. The results are genuinely unique dark, heavy cakes which you will not find anywhere else.

This dark, solid, flavorful cake is probably the only truly traditional
fruitcake available. Soaked in 120 proof brandy and aged to a delicious
perfection for a minimum of three months. Ideal for Christmas, but
delicious year-round. Weight: 1 Pound
Ginger Date Nut Cake (Qty: 2)
Rich and dense like our Traditional Fruitcake, our Date Nut cake is loaded with dates, cashews, pecans,
walnuts and a touch of ginger. Finished in a hearty soaking of 120 proof brandy and careful aged for at least
three months. A wonderful treat year-round.
