Tasting Notes:
With our 2009 Pinot Noir we accentuated the fruitiness of this wine while leaving it on two year old
French Oak for nine months. This wine exudes red berries, cherry, and truffles. Our 2009 was grown at
Red Hills Vineyard in the Umpqua Valley. The site is perfect for great Pinot Noir. Due to the elevation
and cooler temperatures our Pinot Noir shows good balance between fruit and acidity, which makes this a fabulous food wine. Our Red Hills Pinot Noir drinks amazingly on its own or pair with salmon, veal, or roasted pork.
