Tasting Notes:
Our Pinot Blanc grapes come from the Red Hill Vineyard which is one of the highest growing sites in
Oregon’s Umpqua Valley. Our grapes from this site are always characterized by good acidity and minerality. We use barrel fermentation to complete malo-lactic fermentation. We do this in neutral barrels and strive to emphasize the full fruit characters of this wine. This luscious full bodied wine exhibits hints of pear, apple and lemon and pairs well with seafood, chicken, or pasta with cream based sauces.
