Our Reserve Chardonnay grapes come from the Mountain Valley Vineyards near Salem in the Willamette Valley. These grapes are specially sourced to be the best of the best. Low crop yields insure highly concentrated juice of superior quality. We use minimal Oak with 10% in 1 year Hungarian Oak and the rest in neutral Oak to accentuate the fruity characteristics. This wine possesses mango and apricot flavors with a good backing of acidity to make this wine a great food wine. We recommend seafood or chicken to pair with this luscious beauty.
