Tasting Notes:
Our Chardonnay is also sourced from the Red Hill Vineyard. It’s Jory soils are perfect for fine wine grapes and accentuate the minerality of Chardonnay. It’s mild climate averages 75 degrees and allows our grapes to slowly mature on the vine. We do 100% malo-lactic fermentation to reduce some of the acidity and give it that wonderful buttery accent that is distinctly Chardonnay. It is a rich wine with good fruit flavors of pineapple and pear. Enjoy with chicken, salmon, or shellfish.
