Sass Winery is located in the South Salem Hills of Oregon’s Willamette Valley.

Winemaker Jerry Sass produced his first wines in 1994, a tiny amount of handmade Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris. The winery has evolved since then, but some things will never change. We are committed to growing the best grapes we can and producing the best wines possible, wines that reflect the character of each vineyard and provide strong value to those with the stamina to seek us out. We think small, hand-crafted production is critical to our goal of high quality and value. We produced only a few hundred cases of wine in our first years and now make only 3,500 cases a year. Sass wines, like those of all small wineries, can be difficult to locate. We hope our partnership with Northwest Wines to You will make your enjoyment of our wines a little easier.
