Saffron Fields Vineyard is situated on Laughlin Road in the heart of the Yamhill-Carlton AVA in the north Willamette Valley, home to world class Oregon Pinot Noir. Planted in ancient marine soils unique to the Yamhill-Carlton viticulture area, the vineyard is sustainably farmed to preserve and enhance the land. The estate grown Pinot Noir is a true expression of the vineyard, and reflects a natural purity of fruit specific to the site with its characteristic intensity of blackberry, cola, and black currant flavors and well-integrated, supple tannins.
