Return PolicyNorthwest Wines to You will accept for return wine that is defective or shipped in error, and provide a replacement if we are notified within 7 days of receipt. Where an item is broken in transit, we will provide a replacement, or at our option, a complete credit. Please notify Northwest Wines to You of any breakage from shipping. Save all broken items for inspection by UPS or FedEx. Northwest Wines to You will cover all reasonable shipping costs in these cases.
If you should find fault with a product, such as cork taint, please contact us immediately and save the opened bottle until the producer has determined whether they require it for testing.
Insurance PolicyInsurance for the full retail value against breakage/damage due to mishandling by the carrier is included in all shipments from Northwest Wines to You. In most cases these damaged packages are reported by the carrier prior to delivery, and the packages are returned directly to us. In such cases a replacement will be shipped as soon as possible and all claims handled by us.
If damages are found after the package has been delivered, immediately notify Northwest Wines to You. All packing materials must be saved and the wine left in the packaging until it has been determined that the carrier will not require these items as part of their investigation. Photographs showing the condition of the package upon receipt are always helpful. Required replacements will be shipped as soon as possible or a refund for the damaged item(s) will be issued.
