Miled in November 2011 this olive oil termed Olio Nuovo.  Yet to filtered or refined it is loaded with flavor and spice.  Specifically milled to be robust with strong pungent notes this oil reflects the strong characteristics of Italian olive.  A blend of 4 types of olives, Leccino, Frantoio, Pendolino, and Moriano.
