This wine is a blend of the four barrels of the 2007 vintage that best reflect the "whole cluster" fermentation process. Aromas of cinnamon and cherries, white flowers and sweet spice reveal themselves in the glass. The wine fills the mouth with flavors of cherry and cranberry, while the texture is dense and laced with fine tannins, giving this wine a long, sneaky finish.
