Our white table wine, the Bianca is a proprietary blend of Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, Riesling, Gewürtztraminer, and Muscat. Opens with delicious nuances of apples and honeydew, and then broadens on the palate into delicate hints of ripe d’anjou pear, white currant, and notes of tarragon and sweet basil. Lightly sweet but well balanced by perky acidity. A great sipper and a brilliant accompaniment for your every day dinner table.
