Tasting Notes:
Bottled in September 2007, after resting comfortably at the winery in 1-3 year old French oak barrels, our 2006 Pinot Noir is shaping up to be a pure delight. Early tasting reveals characteristic spicy and earthy aromas and flavors of dark fruit, leather, cedar, and tobacco. This vintage is a bit more fruit forward than 2005 and is showing softer tannins. Best now through 2012.
