2008 Pinot Noir Adams Vineyard Reserve

About This Product

91 Points - Wine Spectator. Rich, earthy and extremely velvety in texture, the cherry flavors show through with subtle hints of cinnamon. The reserve bottling is comprised of Pommard from the oldest block on Adams Vineyard, planted in 1976. We take the fruit from these mature vines and allow a spontaneous fermentation with extra time spent on the skins, with a small portion done as a whole cluster fermentation.
