We train our Pinot vines to produce lower yields, resulting in richer color and texture and more prominent flavors. Our 2008 vintage is 100% Pommard clone, offering a fruit forward Pinot that seeks the more traditionally minded. Sensations of dark cherry, sour cranberry and vanilla precede rich characteristics of black pepper and maple aromas and flavors through the finish.
